Information we collect
When you request a fee review, we collect the business and contact information you submit, your approximate card volume, and any optional processor details, phone number, notes, or statements. We also record basic website and campaign events needed to measure whether the service works.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare and deliver the requested processing-cost review, create your meeting room, contact you about that review, honor opt-outs, prevent duplicate outreach, and improve the website and service.
Uploaded statements
Statements are optional and used to prepare your fee review. Before uploading, redact bank account numbers, customer details, full payment-card numbers, and any information that is not needed to review processing fees.
Service providers
Information may be processed by TransactU and the infrastructure providers used to operate the site, analytics, email, scheduling, meeting rooms, file delivery, and customer follow-up. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded statements to train public AI models.
Analytics
We use first-party conversion analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic sources, page use, and form performance. Google Analytics may use browser identifiers and cookies according to Google's terms and controls.
Retention and choices
We retain records only as needed to provide the review, maintain suppression and consent records, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion, and every outreach email includes a way to stop future messages.
