The service
Are You Losing Money provides an informational review of card-processing costs. The review may identify charges to investigate, but it is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice and does not guarantee savings.
Your information
You confirm that information and documents you submit are yours to share and are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not upload customer payment-card numbers, credentials, bank account numbers, or unrelated personal information.
Follow-up
Submitting a review request authorizes contact about that request through the phone number and email associated with the submission. A processing statement is optional at initial submission but required for the full human audit. You may stop future outreach at any time through the link in an email or by contacting us.
Availability
The site, automated analysis, meeting rooms, and specialist scheduling may occasionally be unavailable. We may change or discontinue parts of the service and may reject abusive, fraudulent, or unsupported submissions.
Responsibility
You remain responsible for reviewing your processor agreement, statement, pricing, and any decision to change services. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or a particular financial result.
